POLLOCK (Scotrans) Ltd will be supporting Livi Aid Live on 21 October at Livingston Football Stadium, where all proceeds go to Marie Curie.

Pollock will be showcasing a number of their vehicles and will auction off the naming of one of their brand new DAF’s which will be going on the road on 1 November.

‘Our warehouse manager a very close friend who is suffering from terminal cancer is organising the event and the full PSL team is getting behind this,’ said operations manager Jim Blaber.

‘We have gone live for auction bids with the close on 30 September. This is via Just Giving with the highest donation (bid) winning the right to name the new DAF.

‘All donations over £25 will have their name put on the rear of a trailer which will include any sponsors, and the Marie Curie logo of course,’ said Jim.
