Grace Period For London DVS

IF YOU have a vehicle over 12 tonnes (GVW) and serve London, there are actions you must do NOW, stresses the RHA.
Transport for London (TfL) will begin enforcing the DVS standard from 1 March 2021, however, you may be eligible to join an ‘allow list’ which grants HGV operators who register with TfL before 1 March 2021 a ‘grace’ period of a ‘defined’ 90 days to comply with the DVS requirements.
Registration is conditional on operators providing evidence of their applications or planned installation arrangements for safe system equipment to their vehicles.
