EQUIPMENT specialist, SAF-Holland, has announced the acquisition of IMS Ltd based at Shepshed, Leicestershire, which currently employs 19 people, from its exclusive distributor, IMS Group.
The acquisition is reported to strengthen SAF-Holland’s market position in the UK and Ireland.
“Proximity and direct access to our end customers are the decisive success factors in the transport and logistics industry,” said SAF-Holland SE CEO, Alexander Geis.
