National transport strategy delivery plan published

The second Delivery Plan for Scotland’s National Transport Strategy has been published by the Scottish Government setting out what is underway for 2022/23 to provide attractive, affordable, accessible and sustainable travel options.

There are four priorities; to reduce inequalities, tackle climate issues, helps deliver inclusive economic growth, and improve health and wellbeing.

There are more than 70 actions being carried out, which includes Completion of the Strategic Transport Projects Review 2 (STPR2), and delivery of design and assessment work on solutions to landslip risks at the A83 Rest and Be Thankful.
