The night heater is a must for the sleeper cab, but why fit one to a day cab?
Back in 2019 Transport News asked this very question, and it transpired that beige food group supplier Greggs and several local authorities saw the benefit but few others.
So, what is the benefit? Lucy Radley puts forward the case that a night heater in a day cab can save you money, tick the ‘environmental’ box and keep the driver warm and content without resorting to several layers, hats, scarfs and thermal gloves.
