TELEMATICS provider Microlise, has completed the acquisition of TruTac Ltd, UK specialist in fleet compliance and management software for HGV and PSVs.
TruTac will remain an independent company as part of the Microlise Group, headquartered in Nottingham. It claims over 500,000 connections around the world for its Fleet Performance, Journey Management, Planning & Optimisation and Proof of Delivery products used by many OEM partners including MAN Truck & Bus UK, JCB and Tata Motors in India.
