GREENHOUS Group has acquired the property and assets of Shrewsbury based commercial vehicle bodybuilder Bulkrite Ltd and will bolster the group’s presence in the commercial vehicle market.
Operating for more than 40 years, Bulkrite is a specialist in the design and manufacture of a diverse range of commercial vehicle bodies large and small, from 45ft livestock containers on triaxle trailers down to dropside bodies on 1.5 tonne vehicles. The acquisition represents a diversification and expansion of the Greenhous Group, which currently has 22 DAF locations throughout the UK.
