Historic Highland CV Road Run

The coronation of King Charles III did not stop the annual Highland Historic Commercial Vehicle Road Run from going ahead on 6 May. More than 70 entrants from all over Scotland, northern England and Ireland took on the challenge of a very scenic route of 180 miles laid on by John Mackenzie and his team from Dingwall via the Black Isle, Beauly, Fort Augustus, Daviot, Culloden and Grantown on Spey to finish up at Newtonmore, writes Ian Lawson.
